Don't snooze on these Amazon Prime Day 2022 mattress deals at Reviewed-approved sleep retailers including Leesa, Nectar and Awara. Basically the only decent thing we got from Nectar was the plastic thingie you use to cut open the plastic around the mattress - I took mine to work and use it as an envelope opener.- Recommendations are independently chosen by Reviewed’s editors. We’re keeping the bed frame for now and replacing the slats but based on this post I’ll keep an eye on the legs to make sure they don’t cause any problems with our floor. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy, even though we had an overall decent experience with their customer service. Again we were able to get a refund on the bed frame. The slats are warped and make a clattering noise every time we lay down. We also opted for their wooden bed frame. Luckily we were able to get our money back. The fourth one felt normal on one side and mushy on the other (similar in feel to our first defective mattress). The third one was also opened inside the box so we just sent it back. Another one had the plastic cut and had started to expand inside the box - it never expanded correctly. One was so mushy you would roll off the edges. We went through 4 Nectar Premier mattresses in about a month. Isn’t that helpful?Īll kidding/ranting aside if you’re looking for a decent mattress this one isn’t bad, but do not buy the foundation and hope beyond all hope you don’t have a problem with one of their products, because you will not get any help. What a coincidence! They kindly offered to let me email them my review and promised to pass it along to their “team” who would then post it on their website for me. So I asked them how to leave a review on their website and, wouldn’t ya know, the website was being updated just then so reviews were disabled. They offered to replace the frame, but that’s it. I contacted their customer service team, which already has a pretty bad rep by the way, and asked what they could do to help me. Not just a little scratch, like literally carving a hole into the wood. I’ve been making due since I bought it, but today I looked under my bed and one of the bent legs has been scratching a massive hole in the hardwood floors in my room. It’s not stable, it’s constantly squeaking, flexing and sliding around and the mattress is always somehow hanging over the edge to one side. The mattress is decent, but the frame is an absolute piece of garbage. I bought a mattress and foundation from the manufacturer a year ago. ![]() This is mostly just so I can vent about my experience with Nectar.
